YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Bella Maison International and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

PAYMENT TERMS

10% payment required upon the order placement for backorder items and balance
payment is to be made prior to dispatch.

SPECIAL ORDERS

All special orders require a minimum initial payment of 50% of the total order
amount. Some special orders may require payment in full at time of placement.
"This payment is a non-refundable deposit as it is your instruction to begin production for items made specially for you the customer."

ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL

We do our best to ensure that your special order arrives within the
estimated arrival period. Most items will be available in six to eight weeks if out of stock. Factory and shipping schedules can change without notice therefore delivery times indicated are an estimate and not guaranteed. Since these delivery schedules are an estimate we cannot guarantee any monetary compensation, order cancellation or deposit refunds.

COLOUR / FINISH / DIMENSIONS

We do our best to ensure that the product you receive matches
your order, however all illustrations, dimensions, pictures, wood or fabric samples are approximations. Due to the uniqueness of the product, colour, finish, grain, fabric and dye may vary on each item. Irregularities and variations in the colour and texture are characteristic in these product types. This adds to its natural beauty and should not be considered as defective. Continual exposure to light and temperature changes will affect the wear of the merchandise.

DELIVERY

Delivery is not included in your purchase price. We may offer delivery to your facility
depending on your location. Alternatively, we can suggest a delivery service for you to contract with for delivery of your furniture. We will attempt to help you in any way with whatever method of delivery you select, but please be aware that this transaction is between you and the delivery company. In the unlikely event of any damage or delays in your delivery, you will need to handle it directly with the company with whom you contracted. We do not supply any packing or hold down for our furniture items. We are not responsible should damage occur while you load your vehicle. Our staff may be available to assist but assume no responsibility or liability.

WARRANTY

Bella Maison International Pty Ltd does not warranty any merchandise. It makes no statement or warranty, agreements or representations express or implied, except as stated in writing. Please take ample time for proper inspection at the time you receive the merchandise. Claims for visible damage must be made at that time. There will be no adjustments thereafter.

DAMAGE / DEFECTS

Please notify us within three days of noticing any damage not visible at the time of accepting the merchandise. If you or your delivery company damage it, it is your responsibility to handle the repair or replacement. Any delivery for merchandise being returned to us is at your expense and you are liable for the cost of any rejected or partially rejected delivery.
